Strategic Plan

In 2025, the FRCC Board focused on updating our Strategic Plan. With input from members and volunteers, we created four goals that align with our organizational values:

Goal #1: Build sustainable organizational capacity and infrastructure

Goal #2: Create an inclusive garden culture to welcome, engage, and educate a wider community

Goal #3: Connect the Rogerson Clematis Garden with garden enthusiasts and the horticultural community

Goal #4: Steward our garden while developing innovative solutions for the future of gardening with clematis

We invite you to join us in achieving these goals. Your participation as a volunteer, a committee member, a Board member, a donor, a sponsor, or an ambassador helps us build our community together and support the Rogerson Clematis Garden for future generations.
