The Friends of Rogerson Clematis Garden Docent Program

Docent: a person who leads guided tours especially through a museum, art gallery or botanical garden.

Soon there will be more people visiting the Rogerson Clematis Gardens at Luscher Farm, so it’s time to brush up those docent skills or get trained in the Rogerson Clematis Garden.

To start the new season, we invite our current docents and anyone interested in becoming trained as a docent to meet at the Rogerson Garden Collection greenhouse at Luscher Farm on Wednesday, September 27, from 10:00 to 12:00 for training and a tour of the garden by Linda Beutler, curator of the Rogerson Clematis Garden, getting (re)acquainted with each other and the collection. We will be using our new docent’s book. If you can’t come to the above training session, please contact Susan Toler to let her know you are interested in becoming a docent.

We look forward to seeing you!
September 27, 10:00 - 12:00 (and every 4th Wednesday of the month April through October.)
