Join the Oswego Lake Watershed Council (OLWC) for the 2025 Bee BioBlitz, a community-wide event focused on discovering and documenting the diversity of pollinators in the Lake Oswego area.

How to Participate
Whether you're an experienced nature enthusiast or a beginner, everyone is invited to participate! Help identify and track local pollinators by using the iNaturalist app. No prior knowledge is required ‒ simply bring your curiosity, a smartphone or camera, and a desire to learn about the amazing species around you. The iNaturalist app makes it easy to capture and document your discoveries, contributing to a broader understanding of the diverse wildlife in our area.

Event Kick-Off - Saturday, June 7, 10:00am at Lake Oswego High School
To get started, join fellow bee enthusiasts and members of the Lake Oswego Green Team for an introduction to iNaturalist and the goals of the event, and you'll be ready to embark on your pollinator exploration! Whether you're a seasoned naturalist or new to the world of bees, this is a great opportunity to collaborate, learn, and contribute to the health of local pollinators. Don’t miss out on this exciting chance to make a difference while enjoying the outdoors! Register
