Members Only - In Good Company: Companion Plants for Clematis at the Rogerson Clematis Garden

Join us with curator Linda Beutler as we look at the woody shrubs and small trees chosen for the Rogerson Clematis Garden. Most people assume that with 1,950 clematis vines, we must have 1,950 trellises or linear feet of fencing. Nothing could be further from the truth! With the exception of the majestic Copper Beech, all of the RCG woody plants were selected to hoist up and harmonize with our collection. There will be a presentation on successes and failures as the garden has matured, followed by a tour of the garden.
